Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SETT ("the app") at sett.fit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SETT is operated by West Design Studio, PLLC ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Use of the service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SETT.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app.

SETT Pro subscription

• SETT Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Your content

You own the fitness data and content you enter into SETT. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell or share your personal fitness data with third parties.

Health disclaimer

SETT provides fitness tracking and coaching suggestions for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from use of the app.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, West Design Studio, PLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SETT. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@sett.fit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
